SF GATE: Supervisor Ellenberg Invites Residents To Share Public Safety Experiences, Opinions

Santa Clara County District 4 Supervisor Susan Ellenberg hosted a second community conversation on public safety on Thursday, drawing more than 100 participants.

Mostly residents of Ellenberg's central Santa Clara district, they shared comments and ideas on four topics: personal experiences with local law enforcement, what makes them feel safe or unsafe, how to remedy racial disparities in law enforcement, and innovations to improve police-community relationships.
